HomeSwapper, hem belediye ve sosyal konut sahiplerinin hem de kiracıların karşılıklı olarak ev değiştirmesi amacıyla kurulan, ülke çapında hizmet veren bir kuruluş olarak tanıtıldı.
‘Homes for Haringey’, 360’ı aşkın sosyal konut sahibiyle, evlerini Haringey veya ülkenin başka bir yerindeki evlerle değiştirmek isteyen kiracıları bir araya getiriyor.
Yapılan açıklamada şöyle denildi:
“İnternet üzerinden hizmet veren bu sistemi kullanması kolay ve çabuktur. Sistemi kullanmadan önce internet üzerinden kayıt olmanız gerekir. Kayıt olduktan sonra sistemde yer alan binlerce konutu görebilirsiniz. Veya, isteklerinizi –oturmayı arzu ettiğiniz bölge, kaç yatak odalı eve ihtiyacınız olduğu vb.- tek tek yazabilirsiniz. Sistem, isteklerinize uyan konutları bir kaç saat içinde size ulaştıracaktır. Sistem ‘Homes for Haringey’ kiracıları için ücretsizdir.”
Homes for Haringey is to join the national ‘HomeSwapper’ scheme
Homes for Haringey is the latest social housing organisation to join the
national HomeSwapper scheme.
HomeSwapper is the UK’s leading home exchange service for councils and social landlords, as well as being open to tenants.
Homes for Haringey joins more than 360 other social landlords with
properties on offer from tenants wishing find a home that they can swap with
tenants either in Haringey or elsewhere in the country.
The system is an on-line service that is quick and easy to use. All residents have to do is register on-line, and they can browse through thousands of homes available. Or, they can itemise specific requirements, such as desired location, or number of bedrooms. Users can be alerted to potential new homes within a matter of hours, and the system will also contact them with possibilities that match their criteria.
The system is free to Homes for Haringey tenants.
